Tommy Robinson charged with harassment causing fear of violence in case involving Daily Mail journalists
Tommy Robinson has been charged with harassment causing fear of violence over incidents involving two Daily Mail journalists in August 2024. He pleaded not guilty at Southwark Crown Court and elected a jury trial. The case is set for trial on 16 October 2026. A separate alleged assault case linked to St Pancras station was dropped after prosecutors said the evidence did not meet the charging test.
